RESIDENT OF CASTRO VALLEY
Valerio Rodrigues was born in Madeira Island, Portugal. He immigrated to the United States in 1957. He is survived by his brother Felecissimo Simao and family of Madeira. Valerio is also survived by cousins in Madeira, Florida and Australia who loved him very much. He is also survived by his niece Liliana Lourenco and her husband, Joe and little nieces, Alize, Vanessa & Briana, who he adored very much. Valerio has many other nephews, nieces and their families here in the United States and in Madeira. Valerio's favorite hobby was to invent very clever contraptions to remedy little problems around the house. Valerio's love of his life, Maria Rosaria preceded him in death in 2008, since then Valerio awaited this final day to join her in Heaven. May God Bless you both, forever!
Family and friends are invited to a memorial mass on Thursday, December 2, 2011 at 10:00am at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 4000 East Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley, California.
