Connie Moniz Albarico was born, raised and passed away in Hayward, California. She was the beloved mother of Joe Pacheco and Monica Albarico. Loving grandmother of Steven Barrios, Joe and Jacob Yepez and Joseph, Daisey, Arianna and Antonio Pacheco. Sister of Delores Duncan, Mary Carrier, Judy Hall, Madeline Zavala and Roberta Chew. Connie loved spending time with her family and she will be dearly missed.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 22, 2011 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and funeral service will be Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 10:00am. All services will be held at Holy Angels Funeral Center, 1051 Harder Road, Hayward, California.
