Paul Garcia Pagan was born in Decoto, California to Ramon & Lucy Pagan. Paul is survived by his wife of 60 years, Julia; 9 children: Tom, Dan (Denise), Paula Proctor (Michael), Mary Ann, Cynthia, Denise O'Donnell (Hugh), Julianne, Francesca and Valerie Hetherington (Peter); grandchildren: Nicole, Marcello (Michele), Lorenzo (Hilary), Jessica, Chris, Gabe, Mia (Will), Gina, Jackson and Pagan; great-grandchildren: Natalie and Gino; his sisters: Gloria (Joe) Pacheco and Judy (Conrad) Preciado; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A veteran of WWII, Paul was a man of great integrity who built his own home, which was constantly filled with family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, Oct. 27th from the hours of 5:00 - 8:30 pm with a 7:00 pm vigil at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, 703 C St., Union City. Mass will be on Friday, Oct. 28th at Our Lady of the Rosary Church at 10:00 am, with a reception to follow at the parish hall. Aloha attire encouraged. A private burial will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to Paul's honor can be made to Corpus Christi Chruch, 37968 Third St., Niles, CA, or St. Vincent De Paul, 3777 Decoto Rd., Fremont, CA.
