Claire was born in Oakland, California to Joseph and Marie Rose. She spent the last 52 years of her life in her San Leandro home with her husband, Gary Roesch, of 63 years.
Claire worked alongside her husband in the family plumbing business for 25 years. She loved her family and friends, and loved spending time working around her home and garden, and crocheting her award-winning blankets that she loved to pass on to family and friends.
Claire passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Claire is survived by her husband, Gary Roesch and their 4 children, Debra Redmond, Sharon Ulrich, Donna Ralston, and Steve Roesch.
Claire and Gary have 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Claire will be missed by all.
Private services to be held at Holy Angels Funeral Center in Hayward on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 10:00am.
